The aim of this retreat is to attempt to grasp that higher consciousness. Ordinarily we don't even know our highest potential, our higher consciousness is shut down. The Sanjeevani retreat is about attempting to grasp this higher consciousness, and therefore reveal our highest potential. That is precisely the purpose of spirituality. We shall also see that spirituality and the higher consciousness is not the treasure of just a few, but is something that should help us all in our everyday lives. The retreat is set out in very clear and simple terms, with an emphasis on experience.
